stasis Posted July 8 Report Share Posted July 8 the changing/evolving weather is a big factor in a lot of people's sleep schedules...i cant sleep either.not even those black and white channel 13 movies can do the trick these last couple of weeks...just take a hot shower then put cold water on your face when you get out...that works like a charm sometimes.
