The normal cover is waived.Worth it if your trying to hook up since the girl/boy ratio in the vip is insane usually, or if you have the $$$ and like a place to sit.not worth it otherwise.Make sure you get a table in the VIP though and not just around the upstairs.Also remember the VIP has its own DJ so dont get a table to hear the DJ on the marquee.
