djdante
Help Request> DJ Selling Entire 14 Year Record Collection------------------------------------------------------------------------Due to a serious family crisis I am being forced to liquidate quickly the entire musical history of my 14 year career as a professional DJ. Here's your opportunity to pick up some of the rarest and most sought after records in dance music history. Literally thousands of priceless records will be sold in the next few weeks covering just about every genre imaginable:Funky & Techno BreakbeatOld School BreaksSan Francisco ClassicsTribal HouseDeep HouseHard HouseClassic HouseIDMAcidProgressive HouseClassic TechnoTranceDisco Acid JazzTrip HopDowntempoFunkDiscoRare GrooveAfrobeatEthnic and World Music inspired Dance TracksAnd a bit of Drum and Bass In addition to my own personal collection there are hundreds of rare records that I still have from running "In House Records" for 3 years which was a hard-to-find and out of print record finding service.Only *very* serious inquiries only. Many of these records are worth hundreds. Many will sell for 50$ to 100$ dollars a piece. Very few, if any, will sell for less than 20$. Provided you are willing to pay top dollar to finally own the records which you have always wanted, you will not find a better opportunity than this. While I do not have a printed list of my collection, I am intimate with each and every record in it. You are welcome to send want lists to my personal email address below. Furthermore if you are serious about expanding your owncollection and willing to spend a *minimum* of $200 - $500 dollars, I will be taking appointments to play titles over the phone. Just let me know the style of music you are after and I will pull the best of the best and you can listen before you buy. This is a unique opportunity to grab many of those tunes you've heard, and wished you had, but never knew the titles of. It's also a chance to distinguish yourself from the masses of copycat DJs by adding to your collection rare pieces that hardly anyone has ever heard, let alone owns. While it pains me to let go of the collection, it is something that I have resigned myself to in helping out the ones that I love. I take comfort in the knowledge that the music which has been so dear to me will be bringing joy to others by being shared on turntables and dancefloors elsewhere. :-)All records will be shipped by registered priority mail or UPS with insurance to cover their value. The conditionof the records are guaranteed, and if there are any problems of any kind a full refund will be made available.Futhermore, I have dozens of references available uponrequest from former customers of In House Records that will gladly attest to my having complete integrity and honesty in all of my business dealings. If you want to take advantage of this once in a lifetime opportunity, contact me right now by email or phone as I will be selling the entire collection on a first come, first serve basis. Many Blessings,DJ Dante--Maui, Hawaiiphone: 808.573.2479email: Dante@tiki.net P.S. and Update... I've been swamped with replies overthe last couple of days. At this point I will only be responding to inquiries that show they are serious byincluding a phone number.> If you know anyone else that this announcement wouldbenefit please pass it on. It will be a service to them,to myself, and my family. Thank you so much for your support.

ketaman
can you provide an example of a few of these RARE records that are worth $100?! I can't even think of a used record I'd pay $20. Maybe it's my own ignorance but i'd love an example.I've seen dj's selling 1000 records for a $1 a piece. this hundred dollar shit seems a bit much. ecstatichigh35
the most I ever paid for a record was $75 which was for a 3-record set, Sasha and Digweed Northern Exposure: Expeditions on Vinyl, which was 12 of the best tracks on the cd. If you have anything that compares to that then maybe I'll consider paying that much
djdante
My apologies for not having time to address all of your posts individually, but this should cover most all of the questions and comments...With regards to who I am and the authenticity of the announcement see the following thread:Click here for a thread that covers who I am and what these records are worth. As for people being willing to pay the prices I outlined. I'm not twisting anyone's arms, just being clear. The fact that I've had over 250 responses in just the last 7 days points clearly to the fact that many people *are* in fact more than willing to spend serious coin on records they really want.I ran a hard to find record service for over 3 years... so please, spare me your personal assessments about what I will and won't get for the records. Yesterday a local DJ left here with 34 records and paid $1250 total for them. You do the math. Lastly for the $100 record question. The same DJ mentioned above left here with a double pack promo release of "Voices Inside My Head" by the Police featuring remixes by Harvey, Ashley Beedle, E-Smoove, and Roger S. Price paid - $100 cash. One more example of a record that will sell for $100 is the original LP pressing of "Caverns" by Liquid Liquid. This is the original instrumental track featuring the bassline made famous by Grandmaster Flash's "White Lines". If you have any sincere questions, please forward them to me via email. I have neither the time nor an interest in debating such things in a public forum.Much Peace and Respect,Dante
