glowgrlnyc Posted August 9 Report Share Posted August 9 Well...i realized that all the "Dont Walk/Walk Signs" in my neighborhood have all been converted to those pictures of the Orange Hand for STOP, and the Brightly white lit up person for WALK...These new signs annoy me......prefer the written signs... georgym Posted August 9 Report Share Posted August 9 I actually like the hand-sign better, let me tell you why...being that most of these "WALK-DON'T WALK" signs are 7-8ft high, we could reach it if we jump up. I was thinking, if we slap the sign when we want to cross the street, and it has some sort of "sensory awareness" device that lets the lights know there's someone waiting to cross, that would be so cool Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
