Exactly, just be considerate of her feelings and take care of her thats all... And I normally know when her period is coming just by the way she is feeling/acting etc.etc. although its getting easier and easier to spend time with her when she is feeling not so good. I get irritated, when I have PMS.. but I generally laugh at myself. Each girl is a different "stage" for lack of a better term. I'm a woman, but I am scared shitless of women who think the world is coming to an end and that everyone is out to get them. So to kind of make my point here.. not all women feel that it's all about them. I don't and I understand that men definitely have their days also. In a case like that, you just be supportive.
