The mods and admins shape the board around the personality of their familliar group . . . the people they 'jive' with . . . So the board will naturally take on their traits . . . CP on the other hand is the manifestation of when a board is purely a financial venture . . . . . . The mods and admins, in effect, give the board its 'framework' of personality in which the ones that entertain or captivate become the ones with most voice in the board . . . the 'characters' of the board, so to speak . . . . . I mean, think about it for a second . . . There are sooo many lurkers that don't acutally post but read all the time . . . These people watch the show that is CP operate without ever interacting . . . And all in all . . . Most of the old timers lurk . . . so do many people who come out regularly . . . Only a comparitive handfull of the users actually talk . . the rest are anonymous audience members . . . The mods let the handfull of characters talk and then lurkers and troublemakers have to prove themselves against the group . .
