Help mastering Mix Cds

I've found alot of people's mix cd's have a slight "glitch" when a songs bleed over from track to track.

In really simple terms, a "frame" of data is getting lost somewhere (every second of time on a cd is made up of 74 frames). This may have something to do with the Track ID flag but I don't want to get to technical).

What you can do:

1. Open up all your wavs of the mix in a wav editor (I use SoundForge).

2. Highlight and "Copy" the first 0.013 of each wav file.

3. "Paste" it at the very beginning.

In effect you will be doubling the first 0.013 of the song.

This seems to correct the problem most of the time.

Hope this helps.
