I went to see "Pootie Tang" earlier today. Upon buying the ticket I realized it was rated PG13; this shocked me, since much of Chris Rock (or Chris Rock affiliated) comedy is R rated. The movie is hilarious though, and the character of Pootie Tang remains true to the character on the old Chris Rock Show.

Some of the shit that Chris Rock comes up with is fucking hilarious. He is such an incedible comedian, and his material is very good. The characters within "Pootie Tang" are all from the Chris Rock show, and they show how talented they are in this film.

I am going to miss his show.
