bassboy Posted September 25 Report Share Posted September 25 I wonder about this every time I go there:How they hell do they do it?Is is like a hospital where they have beds in the back and take shifts sleeping? Or do they have different bartenders for different hours? I was there once for 10 hours and saw the same chick behind the bar. I am just curious as to how that works out. I used to wonder that in Twilo too, especially when they have parties that go all day. I hope they get paid well, but I somehow doubt it. Somebody even told me that SF has a kitchen to cook staff meals every 5 hours. Can anybody offer some inside info on the logistics side of the business?
