italia23 Posted October 11 Report Share Posted October 11 a few weeks ago i was at Legacy in Brooklyn, and i was wearing a charcoal gray button down, collared shirt with a white undershirt.. i was a little bit worried about what i was wearing because i had never been to legacy before and didnt know what most people wore. so i was looking around and everybody i saw with a button down shirt had no undershirt. synth19 Posted October 12 Report Share Posted October 12 I personally wont wear a shirt without an undershirt. Nothing looks worse then sweaty armpits or nipples for a guy.....thus the undershirt, to absorb the sweat. I personally prefer to wear a V neck shirt under a button down shirt. It looks classy, and doesnt ride up on your neck like a regular collar T. Make sure the v Neck T is a decent quality (i.e banana/ gap/jcrew).
