vicman Posted December 23 Report Share Posted December 23 i'm not bored at work, i just hate the treatment me and my collegues get. supervisors mess someting up and automatically we get the blame and this shit always goes on. i dont mind taking heat for my mistakes, but if i make mistakes because they messed up in the instructions or whatever they should assume the responsibility. this company is so fucking messed up, its just about covering your ass. one collegue already quit last week, two more are quitting in early january, and another as soon as she finds a job. so by february, 5 of us will no longer be here, which is 75% of the people working on this project on a day to day basis (excluding our supervisors). and yes, i'm getting pissed off when my family is calling me so i'm not picking up my phone so i dont have to deal with the fucking misery of knowing that my entire family is together in Arizona (second time this has happened in the last 10years) but i'm the one missing.
