I have friends who are DJ's that only do hiphop music and they get all the newest singles before they come out right to their door every week. It costs a pretty penny but to stay on top of things they need to constantly have the new records and remixes, etc.If any of the dj's on this board could give me info on something similar to this for trance & house, or any other info, maybe specific stores that do mailings, etc.Where do the good dj's get their records? heretic909 Posted January 9 Report Share Posted January 9 Get in touch with the labels that put out the shit you like, let them know where your DJ residency is at, how many people you play for every week, where you post your playlists, and alot of the labels will hook you up without you having to go thru payin for a DJ pool.
