i wish someone would have told me all this when I went:rolleyes:

Actually, MGM grand is the biggest hotel in vegas but don't let that stop you from gettin a room there. Its rite in the middle of everything in vegas. The place is awsome. The restuarnts there are amazing. Basically since your are goin on a weekend, every club is a can't miss. Def check out RA at the Luxor, Rain at the Palms. Light at the Belligio is sure thing on sunday nite. Do you plan on seeing any shows?

I dunno yet. Ive just started to look at packages. My other sister and I are paying for our lil sister. SO we dont want it to be TOO expensive, but on the other hand, I want it to be totally memorable. Its our first time out there and I dont know when Ill ever, if ever, go back. Im thinking about a suite at MGM Grande, they arent too pricey.

What shows should i see?

Def do the MgM grand. as far as shows go, Sigfried and Roy was good but tix $100 a peice. The Blue Man group was pretty good. My 2nd time in vegas i saw Andrew Dice Clay at the Stardust. If you plan on goin to a show def do the early one cuz unlike jersey clubs, people line up for clubs like 15minutes b4 the club opens. instead of takin a cab or a shuttle bus to the hotel when u arrive in Vegas, take a limo. its not that much $$$

Hands down the best place to stay is the Palms Hotel. I just got back the other day and I can't even tell you how sick it is..........Awesome, hip crowd.........Pool is slamming and club Rain is out of control and so is the ghost bar. You will not be disappointed. Its a little off the strip but like 2 minutes away. Everyone who is anyone stays there now and I can't even begin to tell you the celebrities who were also staying there..........If you really want to have a good time......trust me!!!!!!!!! Stay at the Palms................:D

rain and ghost bar are good at the palms. i wouldnt stay there though, too many L.A. people, which i dont like (just a pet peeve of mine)

i prefer mandalay since its at the end of the strip and nice to have peace and quiet during the day...and yeah the pool is awesome. i also find they have the best casino in all of vegas. the best prices for rooms at the bay i found are on their own website.

bellagio is overhyped. venetian is nice, great rooms.

clubs....ra, rain, light, seven, drais, babys, and the place in the venetian (i forget the name of it now)

I've only stayed at MGM, but I'm hearing that the prices for most hotels are only for two people. I know that you can sleep four in the room, but some hotels will only give two wristbands (for access to the pool, etc.) per room.

Anyone know anything about this? Specifically for the Palms.
