dogekid Posted January 14 Report Share Posted January 14 it's all about belmar. the action that mr. anthony is speaking of happens at night. no way in hell you wanna wake up and look out your window to see the trash looming around seaside. the only reason you go there is to go out at night.. then it's the ONLY place to be.during the day though, there's no reason not to be in belmar. from house parties, to the beach, to D'Jais and on and on.. there's just no comparison. Didn't use a realtor...b/c they won't really help you find anything in seaside..i went down one time and drove around and wrote down numbers.....we got a 2 bedroom for 4 people for $5000 which was only $1250 each all summer.We couldn't have a ton of people over or have a shitload of people stay there b/c the landlords didn't want it to be a "party house"...but they were cool....we threw bbq's in the back and stuff and used the grill to cook and they didn't mind at all..i think they expected us to be much worse.Look on Blaine ave for some numbers. The beach in belmar is really nice compared to the shitty seaside beach but unfortunatly i got desperate and got in on a house in seaside because none of my friends were down for Belmar. roque1 Posted January 14 Report Share Posted January 14 I have a house in ortley, its nice there not like seaside. there arent as many house parties to go to during the day, but if you look you shall find. Seasides night activity is just way better than belmar IMO so ortley is the place for me.cant be driving back and forth all the time and since everyone has a house in belmar its not hard to find a place to crash if i go to djais.
