Now you may all say "duhh, this is old news", but im intersted in the dynamics behind it.Take this example. Im at a party. I notice this girl across the way. She notices me, and i sense her glancing in my direction. yet, given my shy nature, im hesitant to look directly at her. She then proceeds to walk away to another group and deny any further looks in my direction. Or, if she does, it's a quick glance.So i guess what im asking is, is attention THAT important. I may want attention from people you wish would just look the other way, and you may want attention from people I could care less about.
