You should come in for an interview and see if you like what you hear. The salaries and bonuses at this company aren't bad when you look at the way the market has been. The benefits are pretty competitive with the industry as well. Keep your options open. The only thing is that this place is EXTREMLY conservative. Let me know if you have any questions. NJstacked Posted January 16 Report Share Posted January 16 Al...I interviewed with Alliance my senior year in college...It was a rough interview..tons of stats problems...I am only baing my decision on salary....The Fund is only managed by 7 Traders...so that is extremely appealing to me...The hhunter is calling me today...Alliance has been hurt in the past eyar..with there large investment in ENRON and a few other complete bombs...
