Crackorn Posted January 16 Report Share Posted January 16 You have to make contacts with companies you want to recruit for (I did pharmaceutical and telecom) and then you have to have people send you resumes. You pick the ones that would be a good fit and you send them on interviews. You can also find people by pulling them from competitors of the people you're recruiting for.
