Has anyone heard this? its been out for a while... i don't really know what to call it... its electronic... but its very different... pretty cool, actually....

i think the single "frontier psychiatrist" was on the radio very briefly a few months ago...

oh man -- that song is at least one year old. the avalances are australian, and their music is composed mostly of samples

Its amazing, the album is comprised of something like 900 samples ALL CLEARED which is even more amazing.

To me its a work of art, it takes real genius to be able to put something like that together.

funny how in electronic music a year old track

is ancient and you are slapped around for saying it's still great..where as you can walk into a pub

and hear THE PIXIES and be like DAMN THAT'S

A GREAT ALBUM and have a few friends be like "yup..

yup..Doolittle never gets old!"

I hear ya Joe..

The Avalanches is a great album

all the way through..It's a sample

voyage. I heard it two years ago in Italy..

But it still kicks ass!

i was wrecking my brain on the title f.p. . .im like why the hell does that name sound so familiar. . .so i look thru my comp and bam there it is :D

i have the video though (guessing the song was hard to come by at the time or something? :confused: )

and that video. . .is pretty "unique" (ahem freaky) on its own :tongue:
