I normally do cardio first thing. There really is no difference... But it is kinda good to do cardio first thing. Because you can use that as your warm up. Warms ups get blood flowing. Therefore making weight training that much more effective. Some people tire to much after Cardio so they do the weight training first... Me. I do 15 Minutes before and 30 minutes after. My 15 Minutes before is a slow paced walk or bike. The 30 minutes after is 15 Intense minutes on the Eliptical machine and 15 minutes walking and running on the treadmill...
