acidhd Posted January 28 Report Share Posted January 28 I was at Earth Sunday morning after partying at Roxy.the crowd was a little strange,lets say young kids running around with those glow sticks.While I'm dancing on the dance this moron comes by me and starts dancing and swinging his arms with the glowsticks,and bang,I get hit in the eye with the thing and to make matters worse my left contact rips,kid was like dude I'm so sorry,blah,blah,blah.So freaking pissed off I wanted to punch that guy in his face,so I just left,went home changed my lenses,arounf 1 pm headed over to the Factory,had a sick time,at least I did'nt have to worry about any glowsticks there!I think Exit should ban those things. teklord310 Posted January 28 Report Share Posted January 28 Damn that sucks. I thought sticks were out till this weekend, I was at Trust in Baltimore and saw a whole bunch of raver kids. cwa Posted January 28 Report Share Posted January 28 i remember a night at Earth...junior people handed glowsticks to us all on the stage to break at the same time and wave back and forth...red white and blue theme....not that much after 9/11... later on in the night someone threw a glowstick at Junior in the DJ booth. The music stopped and Junior made an announcement. I still had my glowsticks and security came by and took them away. silverbull Posted January 28 Report Share Posted January 28 I hate glowsticks as well. Its so played out and i think only youn people use them i could be wrong. And if people are gonna swing them around do it in a corner andnot in teh middle of the floor. Also i never really thought anybody looked good doin it.
