tastyt Posted February 5 Report Share Posted February 5 Here's what I take to boost my immune system:Multivitamin- every dayEchinacea/Goldenseal- in the wintertime- 3 times a day, every day for 2 weeks, take a 2 week break then start over again. You need the break or you'll build a tolerance to it.Cold-eeze zinc lozenges- take at first sign of cold, suck one every 3 hrs until symptoms are goneHalls Defense Vitamin C lozenges- as often as desired; I recommend the assorted citrus flavor!I am just getting over a really bad cold- I thought I was going to pass out at work on Monday!
