Women get what is called "vaginal congestion." Why do guys get morning wood while we get something that sounds like a sinus infection??? sloppy Posted February 6 Report Share Posted February 6 i recently saw a documentary on M/F reproductive systems and this is the deal. Both M/F sex drives are always in full effect(makes sense right ,here to reproduce) and the reason we dont always have wood is cuz our nervous system gives us a break and actually stifles our drive. so in the morn when you're shut down and your body is resting/tending to other things the CNS is kind off of guard, thus, WOOD.
