mangos Posted February 10 Report Share Posted February 10 A new law has been passed that says at any nightclub type venue (that is not a restaurant) may not serve alcohol at any time if there are patrons under the age of 21 in the venue. In other words, the 17 or 18 to get in, 21 to drink type of format is no longer allowed by PA Law. If a club is serving alcohol, all patrons must be 21 or over. So if a club has a 17 or 18 and up night, they may not serve alcohol. Anyone else hear about this, and have any idea what its going to do to the local scene?
