In the first hour we bring you the Essentials! Tune in to hear some of the brand new choons tearing up dancefloors the world over. These are the tracks every major dj is playing and you shouldn't be without! Be sure to have a pen and paper ready to jot down the artist and title before your weekly trip to the record store.

James Holden makes his debut appearance on the Broadcast. One of the most prominenet dj/producers on the scene today, his tracks can be heard being played by every major DJ such as Pete Tong, Digweed, Nick Warren and Tiesto. He has also collaborated with Sasha on his "Air Drawn Dagger" cd. With a background in classic violin and piano, James got interested in electronic music at a young age. While studying math at Oxford University he produced "Horizons". This tune quickly found it's way to Nick Warren and his career was launched. It was also during his university days he honed his skilles as a dj. Now James can be found touring the globe to his many residencies and regular guest appearances at clubs such as Kremlin in Amsterdam, Elements in London and Slinky in Bristol. Currently in the middle of a world tour, James is one of the hottest DJs on the scene now. Be sure to check out www.jamesholden.org.uk for more info.

Chris Fortier sends us another slamming set! One of the key founders of the legendary Orlando scene in the early 90s along with Icey and Kimball Collins, Chris took a passion for music and help develop the progresive sound. Along with partner Neil Kolo, Chris formed "Fade", his own record label in 1995. Now one of the most sought after djs, Chris can be found touring the world with gigs in spots such as Buenos Aires, Prague, Zurich, Athens and his bi-monthly residency at Prologue in London. No one to rest on his laurels, Chris also founded Balance Promote Group, an exclusive record pool of 40 members from the US and Canada. He is also the man behind the Balance Booking agency which handles bookings for some of the top djs. Be sure to check out www.balancepromote.com for more!

Markus takes over the decks in the last hour. Taking a break from his busy studio and dj schedule, Markus gives us yet another amazing set. He is currently finishing up a remix for Kelly Rowland (Destiny's Child) as well as starting some new remixes for himself for his many Winter Music Conference appearances. Make sure you tune in over the next few weeks as we will be sure to debut some amazing new tracks! His remixes of "Sound Of Violence" by Cassius and "Take Me Away" by 4 Strings are already causing quite a stir. We can't think of a better way to start off a new week.
