joeg Posted February 24 Report Share Posted February 24 Ok, heres the deal... I need a winamp plugin (Plugin Source Code ) ported to another player that supports plugins... (FB2K SDK )basically, its a plugin that allows control of the player through an infrared reciever connected to the serial port... I want to switch from winamp to a player called "foobar 2000" (stupid name, but great program) because it uses 32bit floating point processing, kernel streaming output (instead of directsound), and resampling is available if need be...unfortunately its been way too long since i've touched c++, so I can't do this... For someone knowledgable it shouldn't take long at all... the source of the winamp plugin there, and all the info about fb2k is in the sdk... if it makes it easier, the only controls i really need are play/pause/stop/next track/prev track/volume... all that playlist garbage and stuff doesn't really matter to me...Thanks in advance to whoever helps me. Go learn, you have nothing better to do. yeah, i was messing around with it... but programming was never my interest, i've always been on the infrastructure side of IT, not development... where the hell is K-ris or dr0ne... i bet either one of them can do this in like 10 minutes while jerking off...
