He was later released on bail. Police seized computer equipment and a quantity of drugs in the raid."A man in his 30s from Bristol was arrested on Tuesday February 25 in connection with allegations of possessing class A drugs and internet pornography offences," a police spokesman said. "He was bailed pending further inquiries."Massive Attack are best known for their hit single Unfinished Sympathy off their 1991 critically acclaimed Blue Lines album.The 36-year-old disputed the allegations and told the Sun newspaper: "I have never looked at child pornography in my life."I am fully co-operating with the police and I would ask everyone not to judge me prematurely. I have total faith in the justice system."Del Naja was recently in the press for joining anti-war protesters and lobbying the government against the possible military campaign in Iraq.He could not be reached for independent comment. rocksteadyct Posted February 27 Report Share Posted February 27 You never know whats goin on in these types of cases..I recently read an article about this, and they said a lot of these task forces are set up to get tons of arrests, but they usally use entrapment to get them, but of course they tarnish the person's name no matter what happens.Like they could send you an email or something with a link, and if you click the link and see a picture like that, you can be arrested, even if you didnt know what it was..yeah its crazy, but all cops are assholes, its something ive come to accept, and will do anything to get arrests.Not that kiddie porn is acceptable, but when you trick people into viewing it for the purpose of arresting them, thats bad too Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
