Every time I lay on the beach, I see this BUM with a different cardboard box sign. He only let's me take pictures with him if I give him a dollar. That's him in my avitarIf your going to South Beach next week, please take pictures with this wacko for the rest of us here in the cold!Talk to him, he's off his fucking rocker!Have fun, be safe!
