attomic Posted August 3 Report Share Posted August 3 Bellsouth's "Fast Access" service is good. The closer you are to a Bellsouth Central Office the better. Speeds I have seen so far have been excellent.Telocity also has some great features if you are technically inclined. Telocity offers a static IP which will allow you to share your internet access with other PCs in your home via hardware devices like a router. You could share the net with Bellsouth but you would have to use a gateway. Telocity's speed is also excellent. The only bad thing I would say about Telocity is their billing method which is by monthly credit card charge. Either is great. I believe earthlink also offers DSL service.
