I am not sure about the list for Crobar but I get e-mails from opentherope@aol.com and if you send them your name with number of guests they will put you on the list so you can get in free before 12. If you are going to still be here on Sunday then you should check out Nikki Beach Club. It is a party from about 5 until 11 at a place that is outside, pretty much on the beach. The music there is really good and If you are from NY (I am from there originally too) you have to experience it because there is nothing in NY like it.
