Buzz Benefit Party at WMC 3/19

WMC Benefit to Fight the Rave Act

Join Buzzlife Productions and the world?s top DJ?s at the 2003 WMC as we raise money to fight The Rave Acts, H.R.718, and S.266. These bills aim to destroy the music and nightclubs we love. On Wednesday, March 19th during the WMC, Buzzlife Productions is proud to host a charity event and press conference at Maze Nightclub. 100% of the door profit will go to the two non-profit organizations that have fought the hardest to preserve and protect this industry, The Electronic Music Defense Fund (EM:DEF) and Drug Policy Alliance.

BUY TICKETS NOW!

If you can?t make it to the conference, you can still show your support for the two non-profit organizations that have fought the hardest to preserve and protect this industry, The Electronic Music Defense and Education Fund (EM:DEF) and Drug Policy Alliance. Your donation will go directly to fight the current bills in congress, increase awareness across America and aid those who are unjustly stereotyped and prosecuted locally and nationally.

Funds benefiting EM:DEF will be spent on behalf of RAVE Act outreach or individual criminal and civil legal defense work. Funds benefiting Drug Policy Alliance will be spent on outreach and direct advocacy against the RAVE Act. Drug Policy Alliance is seeking $180,000 to fund materials and high-level Republican and Democrat lobbying against the Act. Such lobbying will either seek to block or to amend the Act so that it protects business owners, public health and free speech.

Thank you for your support, and hope to see you there!
