njstacked2 Posted March 7 Author Report Share Posted March 7 Last monday I started Carb depleting.... mon-200c 350p tue-175c 350p wed-150c 350p thur-125c 375p fri-100c 400p sat-600c 150p sun-400c 100p Saturday around 4pm I was really shreaded and pumped to the max, every vein was throbbing and I literally had a constant full body pump....It may be the Eq/Fina, but I will definatly be doing this again this week...I would take in 1/4 of the carbs at breakfast, then an hour and a half before training I would take in 40grams of carbs and then around 60grams after training.....I am sick of carbs right now and I dont feel like eating them for another week....THis has been by far the best diet I have ever done......I will let you know how the strenth is tomorrow....
