He has been released and not charged which means the band can still head out to Australia next week for a tour. 3D says: 'I've never looked at child pornography in my life, I am fully co-operating with the police and I would ask everyone not to judge me prematurely. I have total faith in the justice system'Massive Attack have released a statement assuring fans their British and European tours are still on as planned. The band have rescheduled two dates in New Zealand later this month. They're due back in the UK in April. Robert del Naja, also known as 3D, was arrested last week after claims he downloaded illegal porn off the net.
