YOU NEED TO USE AN SPF .. IT WILL STILL ALLOW YOU TO TAN BUT WILL BLOCK OUT MORE UVB AND ALLOW IN MORE UVA(BROWNING RAY).EVEN IF YOU USE AND SPF 4 PLEASE PLEASE WEAR SOMETHING. ALSO IF YOU ARE ON ANY MEDS. SUCH AS ANTIBIOTICS PSORISIS MEDS..PLEASE BE CAREFULL THIS WILL MAKE YOU MORE SENSATIVE TO THE BURNING RAY IF ANYONE HAS ANY QUESTIONS PLEASE LET ME KNOW.I KEEP YELLING AT MY HUSBAND BECAUSE HE FRYES HIMSELF AND HAS SUN DAMAGE ON HIS SHOULDERS. solargirl Posted March 13 Author Report Share Posted March 13 njstacked..whenyou are in a tanning bed it is a controlled enviorment..the outdoor sun is not..there is no way to tell exactly how much of a dose of uv you are getting.
