Just to clarify so some Islamophobes don't get the wrong idea...the Shiites are 20% of the entire Muslim population, if not less...

They believe that Ali, the nephew of Mohammad is their true prophet...due to a difference in opinion that happened when the Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) passed...instead of passing the reins to Ali, Abu Bakr, Mohammad's friend and one of his first converts took over instead...that is why we have Sunni and Shiite Muslims today...

Sunnis don't do this...but I guess the Shiites do...
