In simple words so as to make it understood:

I think ALL trance is cheesy.

I don't like trance.

I don't like trance at the rave, I don't like trance in the club.

I don't like trance in a cave or whilst bathing in my tub.

I don't like trance in the car or while hanging out at home.

Not even in a big dark warehouse, shot with lasers and sprayed with foam.

You may like it; I don't care. Believe me, I have heard my share.

I don't like the trance called Goa, I think it blows like Krakatoa.

I don't like the trance called Psy, it makes me want to puke and die.

And if you say your trance is hard, I'll laugh & call you a re-tard.

There's even trance called "acid techno" that was renamed by sneaky Brits.

But aside from 303's I say it's the same old shit.

I don't like trance in my techno, I don't like it mixed with house.

I don't like it when it's loud or even quiet as a mouse.

There's a million trance fans just like you.

I don't see why they need me, too.

I don't like trance and that's fact, I'm not gonna take it back.

Instead of trying to say I'm wrong, accept it, please, and let's move on.

Actually, these words are not my own - I received an e-mail with this. And I posted it for the reaction - w/ a sense of humor; as I could never seriously write such a piece. But I do prefer house, acid jazz, and drum 'n' bass to what is now referred to as "trance". It is fun though to bash the cheese, as it is in abundance in Florida... especially that fat tub GA! *hahahahaha* Peace! P.S. Oh and Ibiza has its fair share of crap "trance/hard house" as well.

Yes, Trance can be a bit over bearing at times. I see a bright future that fuses

House and Trance together. I love House

and Trance. Dj's like Darren Emerson,

Danny Howells, Anthony Pappa , Seb Fontaine,

Danny Tenaglia, etc are the future. They

manage to fuse Trance , and House. House

Music is like rock and roll ;it will be around forever. I love House and Trance

for what they bring to Dance Music. It

should always be about the music first..

Don't get me wrong.. I love all music...

I've been DJ'ing too long not to appreciate everything...but I'm getting tired of the same Trance record with a different name on it. It seems like all of this new stuff all sounds the same...

What ever happened to the originality that led to trance ???

If WE(the DJ's of the scene) & Club Mgrs. don't play more versatile & original stuff it's gonna die out when trance get played out.....

Trance get pushed by the labels..

While really original sh!t gets flushed!!

Trust me folks don't let the record industry tell us what style of music is cool!!!

You got your point across. U seem to like trance. I myself like a few trance tracks. Although most of the tracks labelled as trance is in reality crap music. Go to the record shops and hear for yourself.

Besides trance, do u like any other types of music??
