But guest DJs were either ignoring the new format, or not bringing in enough people, or both. So I believe they abandoned any strict format. All that matters today is whether you can 'guarantee' GLO upwards of 150 heads. The music played is irrelevant to them. So, more or less, each Friday is pretty different than the one before it. When GLO first approached us with the format change idea, or a rotation of DJs idea, we declined, because we did not want to be a part of such a musically inconsistent night. When they told us too bad, that's what they were doing, things got pretty heated between our two camps. So, we're no longer working with GLO in any capacity whatsoever, and do not expect, nor would be accept, any event offers from them. Notwithstanding, I do wish Taner and his crew, as well as some of the other guys that play GLO's Fridays from time to time, all the best. They're good DJs, and have absolutely nothing to do with what we perceive to be intolerable about GLO Fridays @ Pravda. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
