Yeah; cool that Coxy is coming...

I really don't think spinning off of 3 decks is any great feat; actually I think it should be essential for any set. That is, unless Coxy blended three different beats together... THAT takes skill! I think a lot of other DJs use the third for mixing in acapellas and/or vocal samples.

3-Tables ???? No Problem....

I do that with my hands behind my back cwm11.gif

3-tables is not that hard pending on the style & what you're spinning. Usually for me the third table is my scratching table, while the other two are beatmixed together.

(And doing this with D'n B is a lot harder than House/Trance/Hip-Hop)

Now keeping 4-tables all beatmixed is a whole different story. cwm13.gif

Saw Bad Boy in Ibiza this summer... he laid down some good tracks, but his mixing was downright terrible; talk about train-wrecks! cwm3.gif

I hope no one thought "I" was dissing COX! cwm24.gif I was simply stating that; "true" 3-tables is not hard if you're spinning three of the same records. When it comes to different records, or better yet "different styles" it's a lot harder. Name any DJ you have "seen" mix a traditional jazz record (something like miles / chuck) with any-other sound...House, Trance, D'nB... whateva'.... and then top it off with another track / sample style scratching....

cwm13.gif Too Few and Far Between !?!?
