Someone using the war as an excuse to make a comment like that to look important. I have never heard anyone say something like 'this song has sucked since the war started.' Yeah the war has definatley changed us all somewhat in the way we live our lives and we pay a great deal more attention to the news, but I really don't think it has had any effect on clubs/parties, the appreciation for music, or music itself.
