noira Posted December 13 Report Share Posted December 13 Through most agencies here, houses run $5,000 and up for the week, bare minimum, not including a $1,000-2,000 security deposit and cleaning fees, plus 12% tax, and usually half of that entire amount is due with submission of application, meaning you're spending 3-4,000 right off the bat.
