HAZE
POSTED: 8:19 a.m. EST April 4, 2003WILTON, N.H. -- Court papers show state police searched the home of the Wilton police chief after a woman who lived with him claimed he threatened her and regularly smoked marijuana. The court papers said police seized two gold metal pipes and a small package of vegetative matter from the home of Robert Maguire last month. They later took samples of Maguire's hair and urine. Such samples can show the use of marijuana. Maguire, 49, a 23-year veteran of the police department, has been put on paid leave by selectmen. No criminal charges have been filed. Maguire could not be reached for comment Thursday. Christine Kelly-Rose, who also is an employee of the police department, made the allegations against Maguire. A judge has issued a temporary restraining order against him. Hehe....
