phrankadelic Posted April 16 Report Posted April 16 i thought it was a good trade. upgrade over Rodgers. lockeroom presence.any thoughts? Quote
lolahotass Posted April 16 Report Posted April 16 I agree Phrank..... He adds great leadership for our defense....scary thought - JR, Zack, and Taylor! Derrick Rogers wasn't consistent enough... and Junior is DYING for a ring.. I think we are going for Griese for back-up QB... maybe he'll keep a little fire lit under Fiedlers ass.... as long as Jay doesn't get injured, then the Fins have a chance....LETS GO DOLPHINS!!! JUNIOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Quote
someclown Posted April 17 Report Posted April 17 It may be an upgrade, but he's still about 5 years past his prime. Also, I don't think this San Diego boy will help Miami win in the cold weather. Quote

Well he may be past his prime, but putting him on a defense that has many quality players, will only raise his game to another level. I mean the guy played 12 straight years without missing a game due to injury. Not too bad if ya ask me.I think he's a great addition to our defense. If we can protect Fiedler on the O-side, and get our special teams up to par (um fire that fuckwad punter of ours), then the Fins will be a team to reckon with! Quote

digital7 Posted April 20 Report Posted April 20 NO WORRIES, Sotu Game, Ray Lucas is expected to be released from the Dolphins in the next couple of weeks. Maybe sooner than later.. this move will obviously make way for the signing of Brian Griese from the Broncos. Make no mistake about it, Brian has publicly said he would love to play for the team he watched growing up and the Fins have confirmed interest in him.T-Buck was brought in this year specifically for the nickel package. He's expected to compete again the incumbent Jamar Fletcher for the spot, which, I expected to be released next year if he doenst step it up alot this year. Shows how much football you know when you cant even name two starting pro bowl CB's. Quote
