Too bad he didn't draw a big crowd but he didn't seem to care. revaluation Posted May 16 Author Report Share Posted May 16 Had a blast. He definitely played my style of tracks last night...bass heavy, busy percussion, smooth melodies. He never really moved around or built but it was great for a two hour set. Kinda grooved along and leveled out pretty early. The crowd was non-existent. Maybe a peak of 50 people at once and the side lounge was dead all night. Porter was having a good time and you could tell he liked the relaxed vibe. He played a bunch of his own tracks...kinda felt like he was testing some stuff out.Good news! his mix of Amber's "Anyway" is gonna get a release on "a major label" though he promised not to tell anybody which one.
