2 new ideas for NYC

a friend of mine is opening 2 locations for the soho area-

i want to help him out

set up a good "theme" or give them each a good one.

for these two locations-

theres currently ONE place he own

( i dont want to PLUG any venue names here- just respecting)

but i wanted to see about the TYPE of night to offer-

im sure he has his ideas but

he wants to know if i would take over both if not just one of the locaiotns-

he would remain owner

and finance the locations-

but of corse we all all controling ppl and have our OWN visions

so

what do you think is missing for an upscale place in NYC soho area?

may i forst add that

NEITHER of these places will have any door cover

and they will all 3 be for thursday - saturday nights-

one will as well be a sunday night location-
