thanks for the page, ou812! hopefully i'll find some that work there :) . the first one you showed is a perfect example of the ones that don't work for me, though; all that they ever do is hurt my neck and back. of course, this must mean that i'm not doing them correctly, but i've tried to do them for years with no success :( . and, as i said, i already know a great oblique exercise, those have always been so easy and have yielded great results; isn't it fabulous when there's something that does that :D ?

aerobic activity burns fat...

unused cabohydrates and suger become fat...

if ya got some chub on ya...

a couple situps wont help...

running, aerobics...sex...

keep your heart rate up like at least 30 minutes a day...

fat melts away...

also...

every four hours...

if you do not eat your metabolism goes from anabolic to catabolic...

there by eating muscle instead of fat...

eat often...avoid carbs...sugars...

definitely have a cheat day though...

you dont want to be hot and miserable...
