The only time that you and i KNOW that food is good for us is when you cook it/prepare it yourself. Otherwise, whether you're at a fine dining establishment, McDonalds, or another place that makes food for you, you NEVER know who touched it, who prepared it, or sneezed on it.Plus, i've been thru my whole health kick.. i lost 50 lbs btw. the ages of 16 and 17, and now realize that it's ok to treat myself with McD's tasty golden french fries and big MaC every now and then.
