Some shakes are great supplements and some are not..if its strictly a protein shake it might not be good to drink by itself. Usually its better to stick to one shake a day. Sometimes people get overzealous and dont realize that your body needs some materialized vitamins. I HAVE BEEN SICK ALL WEEK AND I JUST FEEL BETTER AFTER DRINKING IT. BUT I AM THINKING OF GOING ON A DIET WHERE 1 DRINK A PROTEIN SHAKE FOR BREAKFAST & 1 FOR LUNCH THEN EAT DINNER.....OR MAYBE A SHAKE FOR BREAKFAST & DINNER THEN I'LL EAT REAL FOOD FOR LUNCH. Aside from increase my caloric intake by 5 it seems.. I too am doing the shake thing on top of it..
