i used to take creatine. for about 2 months. got me bloated and put on so much water weight

i hated it.

i prefer the natural lean look, and this stuff def don't offer that. coupled with the fact i was shitting like 8 times a day didn't help neither.

Ripped fuel WITH ephedrine (it really gets you going and in the mood to lift). Its hard to find, but if you can its worth it.

I was taking creatine for awhile, and i noticed it helped in two ways:

1> Thanks to the water retension, you start to look really fucking big

2> I didnt get tired when working out, it helped me lift slightly more weight with more reps than i had been doing in the first place... which only means your getting a better workout in and your muscle will grow faster because of it

The problems it caused:

1> If you load up on creatine (i did 5 grams 4 times a day for a week), you'll get the shits. Its as simple as that.

2> Again, if you really load up on it, you'll feel bloated

3> It started giving me some acne on my back, which sucked

Also, its not a real problem, but creatine didnt get me fired up to lift like ripped fuel w/ ephedrine does... it simply means you have to do something else to get yourself really pumped up, but its still not quite as nice

protien...protien...protien...

i eat carbs 1 hr before i go to the gym...

it seems to give me more long lasting energy for my workout...

thats the only time i eat em...

a lil caffiene to help keep up workout intensity...

protien all the time..especially post workout...

myoblast is good... it almost even tastes good...

i've tried everything...

and this is the only way i get the results i want...

i use nitrotech occasionally also...

helps me cut up...and my weights improve cosiderably during use...

but i think whenever you use something all the time it ceases to work... moderation...
