t0nythelover
bruce lee used the marcy circuit trainer and swore by it. basically he kept working out without resting which kept his heart rate and metabolism up while getting a weight training workout. id say its ok, but no type of workout is good by itself. you should mix up free weights and machine for a balance. Day 1 - Push ( Chest, Tri's, Shoulders, Quads, Calfs )Day 2 - CardioDay 3 - Pull ( Back, Bi's, Traps, Hams ) Day 4 - CardioDay 5 - Push ( Chest, Tri's, Shoulders, Quads, Calfs )Day 6 - CardioDay 7 - RestDay 1 - Pull ( Back, Bi's, Traps, Hams ) Day 2 - CardioDay 3 - Push ( Chest, Tri's, Shoulders, Quads, Calfs )Day 4 - CardioDay 5 - Pull ( Back, Bi's, Traps, Hams ) Day 6 - CardioDay 7 - RestAnyone have any opinions, Suggestions, Comments. Havn't been to the gym in about 2 weeks due to the hours I have been putting in. But after today things get back to normal. I figured I would change things up a little bit. Time to lose some serious weight... Of course on every other Push workout I will try and mix up the exercises. As well as on the alternating pull days.
