Usually 2 solid food and 3-4 (shakes, bars etc.) If you are just gonna scarf these things down then yeah they are bad, but if you are using them in place of a meal their really not that bad. I don't really consume fat in any of the solid food I eat so even if I had one of these per day my fat calories would still be where I would like them to be. I only have them once in a blue moon though bc they aren't the "skinniest" bars out there.
