phatman Posted July 7 Report Share Posted July 7 ...you should know that most of the diners and restaurants i worked at used the old coffee for iced coffee - and it was usu decaff......i'm on and off with coffee...i prefer to keep it out of my diet as marko does - caffeine is a big inhibitor preventing you from getting the max out of whatever else youre ingesting during a certain time period...but right now, i've been too stressed to give a shit...i say another week or so and coffee gets the boot again as the big diet kicks in...
